DB-15 Male / HD-15 Female, Molded, with 10 position Dip Switch. The dip switches adjust the signal between a Macintosh Computer and a VGA Style Monitor. Supports 6 kinds of different signal modes & resolutions.

MODE 3 is SYNC ON V DB-15M pin 12 connected to HD-15F pin 14
MODE 4 is SYNC ON H DB-15M pin 15 connected to HD-15F pin 13
MODE 5 is SEPARATE SYNC DB-15M pin 12 connected to HD-15F pin 14.
